Biography

Lizzy has returned to Findex to the Human Resource and Health & Safety consulting team, having previously been a member of the Findex People and Culture team. She brings 15 years of generalist human resources experience to the role and has held senior human resource positions in London, Auckland and Tauranga.

Lizzy is passionate about understanding a client’s needs and then implementing practical solutions to help their people perform at their best. Because when your team are thriving, so is your business.
