As a chartered accountant, Amanda has been working with a wide range of small and large clients across many sectors for the past 10 years. These include agri-business, medical, property management, printing, water transportation, amongst other professional industries. She has a broad technical knowledge and practical approach to working with clients on providing tax and advisory solutions.

Matthew was born and raised in Central Otago and educated at the University of Canterbury. He has over 30 years’ experience working in Dunedin and the South Island as an accountant and business advisor, specialising in manufacturing, the wider construction industry, property and turnarounds of businesses in distress, acquisitions and divestures.

Today, he is responsible for shaping and delivering the strategic direction of the region which spans multiple geographical locations throughout New Zealand.

Michael leads the Crowe Horwath Agribusiness Corporate and Syndicates Group for the South Island, and is a born and bred Southlander. Michael’s client base specialises in agribusiness and he is confident and passionate about the future of farming in New Zealand. He specialises in the dairy and irrigation sectors, supporting his clients predominantly in equity syndication and corporate areas.

Teresa has over 25 years experience as an employer and business owner in public practice as a Chartered Accountant and over 35 years working in public practice providing both core accounting and business advisory services. During this time Teresa has worked with clients across a broad industry range including manufacturing, not for profit, education, professional service, IT, hospitality, retail, importing and sales, trades, transport, tourism, property investment and development, amongst many others. Teresa’s approach is to work alongside you as part of your business management team to help identify the real issues and achieve your business goals through the provision of good financial information, sound business planning and practical advice, as well as strategy development and implementation.

Tanya has been with Findex for over fifteen years. She has significant farming life experience and that assists with her specialising in agribusiness. Tanya has a broad range of range of experience in farm budgeting and maintenance, business structures, tax planning and compliance.
