The 'NZ trust law update' webinar is hosted by Findex Tax Advisory Partner Daniel Gibbons and Consulting Senior Partner Paul Moodie. From 30 January 2021, new legislation will come into force with changes that will increase trustee's responsibilities. Due to these changes, trustees are being encouraged to review their trusts to determine if they are still appropriate and that they comply with the new rules.
