Amy has a natural energy, knowledge and enthusiasm that motivates and encourages others. The combination of her chartered accountancy training and business advisory experience Amy has strong expertise in the following areas:

-reviewing client systems including processes and software;

-setting up or improving systems and educating clients;

-preparing and reviewing monthly management accounts;

-compliance-related work including the preparation and review of financial statements and tax returns for small to medium businesses, trusts, partnerships, charities and high net worth individuals.

She is also regularly involved in strategy development and business planning for clients, as well as audit and review engagements.

With over 20 years experience as a chartered accountant, Michelle works closely with all types of businesses and private high wealth individuals. With the combination of her chartered accountancy experience and commercial acumen, Michelle takes a holistic approach while specialising in strategic planning, restructuring, tax planning, business advisory, and the development of financial improvement strategies. Michelle works for all types of businesses from small to large family businesses to corporates, with experience in construction and property development, professional services, manufacturing and wholesale, start up companies, venture capital funds, and the kiwifruit and avocado sector.

Nancye enjoys working closely with clients to help them become financially well organised and have a better understanding of their numbers. With over 15 years experience in chartered accountancy, she works closely operating within many different sectors including: professional services, retail, manufacture, commercial property, investors and high net worth individuals. Nancye has specialist expertise in tax compliance requirements relating to foreign investment funds and overseas income.

Lizzy has returned to Findex to the Human Resource and Health & Safety consulting team, having previously been a member of the Findex People and Culture team. She brings 15 years of generalist human resources experience to the role and has held senior human resource positions in London, Auckland and Tauranga.
