As Findex’s Chief Stakeholder Officer, Nick is responsible for seeing the business strategy come to life, by ensuring employees are well connected, engaged and able to be heard. Nick frequently travels across Findex’s office wide network and makes a conscious effort to ensure that the business is authentically ‘think global, act local’. Nick’s team comprises of a number of geographically dispersed leaders who are charged with helping to embed business strategy and messaging into local office culture, whilst ensuring that there is a genuine and active two way communicate stream into the business. Nick challenges his team to uphold high standards of leadership, ensuring they are brand and business ambassadors in all of their dealings internally and externally, furthermore setting the standard for all Findex employees.

As a long serving leader within Findex, Nick has held varied roles, allowing him to understand the business strategy, its operations and its challenges, intimately. Nick was integral in the development of Findex’s proprietary general management system, which has enabled Findex to achieve the highest international quality service standard, ISO 9001. Nick attributes much of the system’s success to the vision and commitment that the Findex management team continues to have for innovation and also to the culture of the staff throughout the organisation.

In more recent times, Findex’s broad geography has allowed Nick to capitalise on his expertise in the property space, seeing him in the role of Chief Property and Procurement Officer. Nick’s responsibilities include aligning the group’s property portfolio to the business’ growth strategy, ensuring it is well positioned to accommodate growing employee numbers and presence in key communities, as well as the ongoing development of Findex’s brand profile through physical office form. On the procurement side of his role, Nick is responsible for the management of a number of the group’s key strategic vendor relationships, ensuring Findex’s partners are best of breed.
