Before joining Findex, Carolyn spent more than 20 years working as a manager in the engineering industry, giving her firsthand experience of what it takes to lead a team. She now works alongside more than 30 qualified H&S and HR consultants across New Zealand, helping clients transition their training online.
As an e-Learning Solutions Account Manager, Carolyn works with a team that designs and builds online health and safety, HR, leadership, process, and other training for companies across New Zealand, large and small. Using SimTutor, she supports client administrators through their eLearning rollout, including reporting and auditable completion records.
Carolyn's focus is on the people at both ends of the process — the learners, and the administrators managing the reports and records. She's happy to go on site to help a team get started, and takes pride in making the platform easy for everyone to use, while keeping reporting reliable for the leaders who depend on it. Seeing a positive shift in a client's health and safety culture is what makes the role most rewarding for her.
Outside of work, Carolyn enjoys yoga, gardening, and spending time at the beach with family and friends.
