Duncan is Fellow Chartered Accountant and the Managing Partner for the Central Otago region. He is the lead on corporate recovery and insolvency and has handled restructuring in the tourism, manufacturing, property, aquaculture, viticulture, agriculture and hospitality sectors. Duncan has a thorough understanding of business acquisitions and disposals, due diligence assignments, valuation assessments, business financing and taxation.
Duncan also has extensive experience in governance and is a member of various boards of directors.
