Jeremy brings over 15 years of policing experience to Findex, including nine years as a detective with the New Zealand Police. Since joining Findex, he has supported numerous clients by conducting investigations, facilitating training, and leading group investigation processes. His expertise in identifying procedural and systemic gaps helps drive meaningful change, strengthening clients' health and safety systems.
