Lynley joined Findex in October 2016, bringing 20 years of experience delivering accounting, tax, and business advisory services across a diverse range of industries, including manufacturing, agriculture, hospitality, construction, and property. Her background also includes commercial roles with property development groups, IT recruitment companies, and not-for-profit organisations, giving her a broad, practical understanding of the challenges different businesses face.
As an Associate Partner, Lynley specialises in management reporting, business advisory, tax, and forecasting, and is committed to ensuring stakeholders receive timely, accurate information to support decision-making and strategy. More recently, she has been working with businesses on the implementation of AI to streamline systems and improve efficiency.
Lynley enjoys working closely with key stakeholders within organisations to help them make informed decisions for both the short and long term. Outside of work, she is an avid sports fan.
