Donation Terms and Conditions

Agreement

By donating to the Findex Community Fund (NZ) Trust, registered with Charities Services under the Charities Act 2005 (Registration number CC55150), you are agreeing to our terms and conditions including our refund policy. Please review the following prior to making your donation.

How to pay

Online donations are processed through the Stripe payment portal Stripe New Zealand Limited, NZBN: 9429041687628. Stripe systems meet the latest global security standards. When you donate online your credit card details remain securely stored by Stripe as per their services agreement.

Payment currency

All transactions are processed in New Zealand dollars.

Receipt

33.33 cents in every dollar donated are tax deductible. We incur a fee of 1.75% of your donation, however you will receive a tax receipt for the full amount of your donation within 7 business days.

Refunds and cancellations

A refund may be available if you make an error in your donation. Any refunds will be made by credit to the card used for the original donation. If you make an error, please email [email protected] or call 09 303 4586 as soon as possible. Donations cannot be cancelled if we have already notified a third party of its receipt.

Internet Donations

This website is enabled for online donations using a secure donation server. However, despite the security on the website, you should be aware that there are inherent risks in transferring information across the Internet. We will not store your information.
