Biography

Based in Wanaka, Central Otago, Alistair leads Findex’s viticulture team nationally, incorporating offices in Queenstown, Christchurch, Nelson, Blenheim, Hawkes Bay and Auckland. Alistair is held in high regard commercially across New Zealand as a top wine industry specialist. He has worked on a number of high-level assignments of industry significance and is actively involved in a number projects aimed at further improving the financial performance of the sector.

Rachel has been a member of the Findex Central Otago team for 15 years with experience in adventure tourism, hospitality and accommodation, local and central government services and business strategy.

Rachel has a passion for the outdoors and adventure activities with involvement in a number of sporting and community organisations as an active member, volunteer and various governance roles.

She is always looking to communicate with and add value to individuals and their businesses.

Biography

Paul is a Chartered Director and Chartered Accountant. His clients include both public and private sector entities, as well as not-for-profit organisations. He has in-depth experience across all areas of governance, business management and leadership, as well as sales and acquisitions. An expert trainer and highly respected business facilitator and coach, Paul is a certified trainer of Franklin Covey’s ‘7 Habits of Highly Effective People’ and the de Bono Innovation Institute’s creative thinking skills. He is an independent Director on a number of boards and is a trustee of a number of charities. A clear thinker with a strong attention to detail, Paul is able to guide and support business owners and charities to achieve their goals.

Perry has been with Findex for 10 years and a local in Wanaka for nearly 20 years. He has a passion for helping small and medium sized business owners reach their goals and solve problems. Perry specialises in highlighting the key areas of a business and helping owners to maximise returns and improve efficiency.

Perry has experience working with clients in professional services, property development, horticulture, hospitality, tourism, film production, real estate and commercial property. Perry can help with simple compliance matters to more complex business structuring, taxation and management advice.
