Kath’s diverse background includes rapid scaling, cultural transformation, large systems implementation and workforce optimisation for large organisations operating in complex environments across a range of geographies including Australia, New Zealand, and the U.S.

Kath puts the culture and people experience at the centre. She provides pragmatic solutions with a strong commercial mindset and works with leaders through complex workforce and cultural challenges. As the leader of Findex’s people strategy and team effectiveness, she is focused on building a high performing culture and a “great place to work” for 2,700 employees in over 100 locations across Australia and New Zealand.
