Biography

With over 18 years’ corporate finance experience, Chris provides specialist Corporate Finance advice specifically related to helping business owners and shareholders divest their companies through a contestable sale process.

With a focus on mergers and acquisitions, Chris provides a broad range of corporate finance services including valuation services, discount rate assessments, financial modelling and the undertaking of independent strategic reports for businesses and councils. He also provides advice to businesses looking to make acquisitions.

Using insights developed through his time running his own business, Chris helps clients manage some of the strategic and day to day business challenges facing business owners. His knowledge is broad ranging and spans a variety of sectors including food and beverage, tourism, aged care, nutraceuticals, manufacturing, education, transport and logistics and healthcare.
