Elise has 15 years of experience in health and safety, working across agriculture, forestry, construction and manufacturing. Her background also includes time as a Senior Inspector with WorkSafe Victoria, giving her a strong understanding of both regulatory expectations and the realities of high-risk workplaces.
Elise provides practical, risk-based advice to help organisations strengthen their systems and manage critical risks. She supports clients with audits, investigations, machinery safety, and the development of clear, workable management systems aligned to recognised standards.
Working closely alongside clients, Elise creates solutions that are realistic and easy to apply in day-to-day operations. She focuses on keeping documentation simple and useful, while supporting leaders and teams to put effective safety practices into action.
Outside of work, Elise enjoys supporting local charity groups and community events.
