With over five years of experience in the health and safety sector, Jaime supports organisations across industries, including events, transport, construction, and civil works. She works with these businesses to strengthen their safety culture, improve systems, and ensure they are managing risk effectively in both operational and strategic environments.

As a Senior Health & Safety Consultant, Jaime provides advice across all aspects of health and safety management. Her work includes designing and implementing management systems, conducting audits, supporting EHS projects, and leading incident investigations. Jaime focuses on developing safety systems that are not only compliant, but practical and effective in day-to-day operations.

Jaime works closely and collaboratively with leadership teams and staff to understand how their business operates. She is focused on building long-term capability and helping organisations create safer, more resilient workplaces.

Outside of work, Jaime enjoys spending time with friends and family and being outdoors, particularly mountain biking, walking, and surfing.
